Editable DataTable example - Adding new record

Preamble

DataTable Editable plugin enhances standard DataTables plugin by adding functionalities that allow user to perform inline editing by double-clicking on a cell, to delete rows or add new recors. Plugin encapsulates all required processing, and you'll need to create a blank form that will be used for adding records and server-side code that accepts Add AJAX requests.

To enable adding new record you will need to create a custom HTML form with an id "formAddNewRow", where user can enter information about new record. When Editable plugin detects Add new record form, it will generate add button in "add_delete_toolbar".

On the server-side you will need to create a page that handles add AJAX requests (AddData.php in this example). Parameters that are accepted by this page need to match input elements you place in Add new record form.
Page should return id of the new record if row was successfully added. This value will be added as an id of the new row in the table. If page returns error status, response text will be shown as an error message.
